Polling Pennsylvania: ‘No' to Wealth Caps, ‘Yes' to Taxing Rich

In the latest installment of RealClear Opinion Research's continuing exploration of Pennsylvania public opinion, we partnered again with Emerson Polling to survey 2,000 residents of the Keystone State.
